How to install the TeamViewer Quick Start for PC

  1. Click on the link to download TeamViewer Quick Start
    Please note that the pop up to download the file will differ from browser to browser. The following is in Internet Explorer 9.
  2. Click on “Run”
  3. Wait for the application to start
  4. Supply support engineer with the ID and Password

How to install the TeamViewer Quick Start for Mac

  1. Save the file on your desktop

  2. Double Click the DMG
  3. Double-Click the TeamViewerQS container
  4. Double Click the TeamViewerQS.app
  5. Select “Open”
  6. Supply the support technician with your user ID and Password
